Been to The Jantar Mantar, Qutub Minar, and The Metro Museum. 3 sites, built in different time periods, by different rulers and communities, but related to each other in a clear sense . SCIENCE. 1. Jantar Mantar -- showcasing the achievements of Indian scientists in Astronomy in the pre-machinistic era. The observatory, made of 6 huge Yantras, tracking the movements of various celestial bodies, is a giant example of India's brainpower... 2. Qutub Minar -- The stone carved marvel. 72.5 metres of pure rock-hard poetry. There are Verses sculpted in Arabic along the fluted minar that look like flowers and vines. There is the famous Iron pillar located in the same complex. It has been there since the 16 century, rust-free. And is still a masterpiece in metallurgy.
